Orders & Delivery

- Free delivery on all orders above `₹799`.
- A nominal delivery fee of `₹70` applies to orders below `₹799`.
- You can track your order by reaching out on WhatsApp or by navigating to **All Orders** in your account on the Vaaree app or website.

Returns & Exchanges

- Decor, Towels, Ceramics, Glassware and Kitchen products: `48 hours` returnable.
- Accent Furniture: `7 days` replacement.
- Garden: `48 hours` replacement.
- Soft Furnishings (Bedsheets, Cushion Covers, Throws, Curtains, Table Linen): `5 days` returnable.
- Products cannot be exchanged/returned/replaced once used or washed.
- One free replacement is offered if the product is undamaged; further replacements may incur shipping charges.

Refund Timelines

- Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking: refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within `4-5 business days` after initiation.
- COD: refunds are processed via Vaaree Credits or bank transfer.
- COD bank transfer refunds are processed within `7-8 business days`.
- Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Bulk Orders

A bulk order is any purchase quantity above 10 units (items sold as a set are considered as one unit). For personalized guidance, contact Vaaree curation experts using the bulk order form.
